- The hotel room is great. It was clean with good amenities eg. fridge, kettle, shampoo/body wash. - What can I say about the buffet breakfast? It was marvellous! There were lots of choices eg. Coffee/tea/juices, cheeses, deli meats, breads, sausages/bacons, eggs, yogurts etc. The ladies in the breakfast area was very diligent in keeping the tables clean as well. - There is always someone at the reception which was good. - The hotel is very close to Petrin hill, 20 mins to Charles Bridge and about 30 mins walk to Old Town. - The hotel sits between two tram stops and there are restaurants nearby. - Good Internet. - I recommend booking the rooms upstairs as I had initially considered booking a room at the basement and was glad that I didn’t. This is because the windows in the room gave a good breeze and sunlight that brightens the day.

Room was clean, big, there was an AC unit even though the remote was supplied several days in. Based on outside temperature? Always someone at the front desk. Lovely and helpful people. Two blankets on the double bed. Nice. Enough lights to turn on/off to your preference of brightness. Big windows that open. Lots of items for breakfast and replenished throughout the morning. When it was busier sometimes it took longer for something that was running out to be topped up. Pancakes run out fast, grab them when you see them. Location is fantastic. Pro tip: go into the park in the evening gorgeous, safe, and views are amazing. Hotel is central but away from partying crowds a very short way across the river if that's your thing.

The staff were very kind and nice. The manager was very accommodating and understanding. Breakfast was very good. Although the breakfast room was small, the chairs and tables were very comfortable. The servers were exceptionally diligent and helpful. The hotel room was clean, very well organized and stocked with a standard coffee maker, an electric kettle and a security box - some hotels were not equipped like this. The location was the best. It was beside the Perin park, a less crowded bridge, and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and mini-marts. We crossed the bridges a few times on foot.

I had a great stay! The reception staff were very friendly and available 24/7, which was really helpful. My room was small but very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options—I absolutely love European breakfasts! Hotels in the US and Canada could really learn from this when they say they offer a "breakfast." The location was perfect—right in the city center, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. It was within walking distance to Petřín, Prague Castle, and Charles Bridge. Just amazing!

We are regular visitors of Prague and the location of hotel is great. ‘Serviced’ apartments are more common in the city than standard hotels - and it was one of our first time in a hotel. It was nice to always have a concierge all the time, no matter how early or late you are. The reception and service overall was great and I commend them for that. However, for what you pay for, you might get significantly better comfort and space for the same price at those apartments.
